After his studies, and having run two stores in Corsica, David Roche qualified for the World Chocolate Masters final in 2015 with his magnificent chocolate sculptures.
He then opened his chocolate kingdom in mainland France in a former discotheque, where both local and foreign customers now flock eagerly for his specialties.
