Eric Frechon, consultant chef at the Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc and a three-star Michelin chef at the Bristol Paris, and Arnaud Poette, executive chef at the Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc, have teamed up to develop a contemporary approach to Mediterranean and Provencal cuisine. The culinary revival echoes the work of the famous architect and designer, through freshly designed spaces imbued with a relaxed atmosphere of timeless elegance.
